One box for finding a specific person, no matter which list they’re on — or whether they’re on one at all.

Under Lists → Search. Type a name, company, phone number, email or job title. It searches every lead your account can see, so you don’t have to remember which list someone came from.

Narrow it down with the dropdowns: list, status, grade, tag, and a tick-box to include archived people.

Each result shows you the whole picture in one row:

• Every list they’re on, with their status on each one and which agent holds that list (or “unassigned”) — so “who should be calling this person?” has an answer without asking around.
• All their numbers, and a DNC flag if they’ve asked not to be called.
• When they were last called.
• History — every past call, note and outcome for that person.

Depending on your account you may also be able to reset someone back to ready to call on a particular list, or add them to the DNC list.

Best use for it

Someone calls you back and you have no idea which list they came from. Search their number, and you have their history, their notes and the right list in front of you before you say hello.
