During a call

Everything you need to have a good conversation is on one screen.

  • The prospect’s details — name, company, phone, and any notes — right in front of you.
  • Talking points & battlecards — your script and quick answers to common objections, on their own tabs.
  • Ask Elsa — a built-in assistant you can ask for help or suggestions mid-call.
  • Live transcript — the conversation is written out as it happens, so you don’t have to scribble notes.
  • Notes — jot down anything you want to remember about the call.

If you reach a voicemail, you can use Leave Voicemail to drop a pre-recorded message and move on. And there’s always a Hang Up button when you’re ready to end the call.

The strip above the call is worth knowing:

  • A red dot means the call is being recorded.
  • Mute shows the real state of your microphone, so you can trust it.
  • Elapsed counts the call in real time; Talk is the time actually spent talking.
  • “On hold” with a timer appears when it looks like the prospect has put you on hold. It’s a hint, not a certainty — but if that timer is climbing past a couple of minutes, you have your answer.
  • Book and More info buttons appear when the list has them set up — the booking calendar and the client’s info page, one click away. They open in a new tab on purpose: navigating the dialer tab away would drop your call.
  • Pause, Resume and End live here too, so you never have to scroll to find them.
