Follow-Ups

Every callback you scheduled shows up here so you never lose track of a promise.

You can view them as a simple list (today and upcoming) or on a calendar. When a callback’s day arrives, that person also becomes ready to call again in the Dialer — so following up is as easy as starting a session.
