Lists & prospects
Lists are the groups of people you call. Open a list to see everyone in it. To build a new one out of a rule rather than an import, see Audiences.
- See the details — click a prospect to view their name, company, phone numbers, and history.
- Fix a detail — if a name or phone number is wrong, you can update it right there.
- Tag prospects — add small colored labels to group or flag people (for example, by the kind of business they are).
- Grades — each prospect carries a grade from A to D, a rough read on how good a fit they look. It’s what the call by grade dropdown on the Dialer filters by.
List Actions
Section titled “List Actions”Everything you can do to a whole list now sits behind one List Actions button at the top of the page, instead of a row of buttons. What’s in there depends on your account, but usually:
- Reset No-Answer — put everyone who didn’t pick up back in the queue for another pass.
- Reset Called — put back everyone who was dialed but never landed on a firmer outcome. Read the caution below before using it.
- Reset Selected — put back just the people you tick. It ignores status entirely, so it can revive prospects no other reset will touch — including ones marked as a bad number.
- Reset Exhausted — the header shows an Exhausted badge counting prospects that hit the attempt limit and stopped being dialed. This puts them back.
- Reset Re-Dialable — a broader reset for prospects it’s reasonable to try again.
- Grade this list — have ColdDialr read the list and assign each prospect a grade.
- Scan for Toll-Free — find and set aside toll-free numbers, which cost the person you’re calling.
- Archive / Unarchive — put a finished list away without deleting it.
