• Today’s follow-ups — callbacks due today, so nothing slips.
• Overdue — a gentle nudge if a callback from an earlier day is still waiting.

There’s also a microphone check here — one click tells you whether your headset is ready before you make the first call of the day. Worth doing every morning.

If you had a dialing session going, the Dashboard (and the Dialer) will offer to let you jump back into it.
