Getting started

You use ColdDialr right in your web browser — there’s nothing to install.

1. Go to colddialr.com and sign in with your email and password.

2. The first time you make calls, your browser will ask to use your microphone. Click Allow — the dialer needs it to place calls through your computer.

3. Use a headset if you can. It keeps both hands free and sounds clearer to the person you’re calling.

4. Check your microphone before you start dialing. On the Dashboard there’s a Check microphone button. Click it and you should see “Microphone ready” and the name of your headset. Sorting this out at 8:55 is a lot better than discovering it on your first live call.

If the mic is blocked

A blocked microphone doesn’t stop the call from dialing — it just means the other person can’t hear you. If the check says the mic is blocked, click the little padlock (or camera icon) in your browser’s address bar and allow the microphone for colddialr.com, then reload the page.

Tip

Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop works best. Keep the ColdDialr tab open while you’re dialing — closing it hangs up the call.
